Located about twenty minutes from the city, and nestled in a beautiful park of palm trees of 1 hectare, this atypical villa of six rooms is signed by a renowned architect of Marrakech.

Entering the villa, one accesses a large room directly, bright and open outside, constituting the living room and the dining room. From this living area, the right part of the villa is dedicated to the kitchen and service rooms. The left side allows quick access to three bedrooms and their bathroom. Each has a private terrace. On the first floor, another bedroom is divided into two levels between the night and the bathroom. On the roof, accessible by a staircase, the view on the park, the palm trees and the atlas is very nice. With a covered area and open to the park from the large living room, the latter overlooks a beautiful grass release that leads to the pool area. The latter has a building composed of two bedrooms, each with a bathroom at one end.
