Located a few minutes away from the city center of Marrakech, this villa of ± 600 m² is nestled in the heart of a park of ± 10,000 m².

From the main gate of this villa, an alley of bougainvillea leads you to the entrance that consists of many living spaces open onto the flowered and wooded park. The house offers in its left-wing a dining room that opens onto a large oval living room from which we access the basement and to a small living room. A long corridor leads to the four bedrooms on the ground floor, each room has a bathroom and a private terrace. The roof terrace gives access to two bedrooms opening onto a circular terrace and the pool. Two small buildings, one serving as a pool bar and the other as a gym. This layout offers a magnificent contrast between vibrant activity and peaceful rest. Palm trees provide a certain amount of shade around the pool.
