Agafay Desert

Near Agafay, on the outskirts of the famous eponymous desert, this vast domain of ± 7.5 hectares represents a base for tourism on which several facilities have been built and which consists of 6 lofts and several tourist infrastructures.

The property of ± 7.5 hectares is entirely enclosed by a 1.6 km long wall. Entering the estate, one can easily access the main building with a surface of more than 1,000 m². This single-story building offers six lofts ranging from ± 52 to ± 180 m², each containing a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen. All of them have a large private terrace, overlooking the estate and facing the desert. In addition, a vast panoramic terrace constitutes a place of conviviality facing the desert. With a swimming pool of 20m x 4m, also panoramic, the whole offers many facilities that represent a serious basis for the tourist exploitation of this vast complex. The estate is also a park of sculptures gleaned by the current owner who is at the origin of the property. The existing infrastructure has therefore been formed with this vocation in mind.
