With traditional Moroccan architecture, this guesthouse villa features 12 rooms, including 6 suites, and is classified as a first-category establishment. It offers breathtaking views of the majestic Atlas Mountains, benefiting from a South/Southeast orientation. Situated on the Fez road, it is only 15 minutes from the city center. The living area extends to 1.800 m² on a plot of 11​.320 m².​ The main villa includes, on the ground floor, a patio adorned with a dome, multiple indoor lounges, including a Moroccan-style living room with a fireplace, a dining room, as well as four suites and four bedrooms, each equipped with a bathroom, reversible air conditioning, dressing rooms, and televisions. The villa also has a fully equipped professional kitchen and guest restrooms.​ Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, including two suites, and a bright library lounge.​ The pavilion accommodates three suites, each with a private bathroom, reversible air conditioning, and an apartment featuring a bathroom and closets.​ The spa is a true haven of peace and includes a reception area, three massage rooms, a hammam, and a relaxation room.​ In the garden, there is a dining area facing the 25m x 10m swimming pool, complemented by a bar with a kitchen and a laundry area.​ The house is fully equipped with reversible air conditioning and central heating. It has terraces with a veranda, a small vegetable garden, private parking, TV/Satellite, and Wi-Fi. Two wells ensure efficient water management, along with a technical room, solar panels, a 5,000-liter water storage tank guaranteeing excellent water pressure, and a 160 KVA power station.
