This complex of five villas is located on the tourist route of Ourika, offering direct access without unpaved roads and beautiful views of the Atlas mountain range.

The complex comprises four villas, each with a living area of 400 m² on plots of 4​.500 m², designed in the region’s traditional architectural style, and a fifth villa of 250 m² featuring a modern design. Each villa includes a large swimming pool (15m x 7m).​ The total number of bedrooms is 20, with four bedrooms per villa. All five villas are fully privatized. Four villas feature a ground floor with a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, two outdoor terraces under arcades, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a kitchen, and a guest toilet. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a spacious solarium terrace offering breathtaking views of the Atlas Mountains.​ The fifth villa includes three bedrooms, a living and dining area, a kitchen, a guest toilet, and a guest pavilion with a kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom.​ Each villa has parking space for three cars, separate water and electricity supplies, television, central heating, and air conditioning systems.​ The complex boasts a strong rental yield with an 80% annual occupancy rate.

Additionally, there are two 200 m² towers at the entrance of the complex, designated for service and security, featuring a spa, hammam, reception area, intrusion alarm system with surveillance cameras, and internet access via Wi-Fi and fiber optics.

The Ourika Road extends southward from Marrakech towards the lush Ourika Valley and the Oukaimeden ski resort.
