Al Maaden has been a renowned destination for many years. The AL MAADEN COLLECTION LES VILLAS project enjoys an exceptional location, guaranteeing its residents security and a privileged environment.

The land extends over a total area of ​​7 hectares, divided between an area dedicated to villas and another reserved for sports and leisure facilities. The latter includes a semi-Olympic swimming pool accompanied by restaurant and snack services, tennis courts, pétanque courts and green spaces, thus offering an ideal setting for relaxation.

The villas are divided into three different typologies, and organized on a ground floor level overlooked by two floors. Each villa has a solarium on the second floor, equipped with a dedicated kitchenette, providing a privileged terrace to enjoy the panoramic views of the golf course and the majestic Atlas Mountains. Particular attention is paid to the energy measurements, with the collaboration of a design office from the design phase through to completion. Thermal insulation is optimized thanks to the widespread use of 5 cm rock wool in all peripheral walls, carefully calculated by a specialized design office. In addition, thermal insulation is integrated into the roof terrace to reinforce the energy performance of the villas.

Solar panels are installed on the roofs of the villas to provide energy for water heating, thus contributing to a more sustainable use of energy resources and reducing the ecological footprint of homes.
