2. Sales and rental fees

We represent the seller and the buyer, our fees are divided between the seller and the buyer as follows;

– Sale

• Selling price> € 1,000,000: 3% including tax * seller and 3% including tax * buyer (except special agreements).

• Selling price <€ 1,000,000: 4% including tax * seller and 4% including tax * buyer (except special agreements).

– Rental

Negotiation fees: (except special agreements);

• Seasonal rental: 20% TTC * of the amount of the rent payable by the tenant (included in the prices presented).

• Long-term rental: Commission of 1 month’s rent payable by the owner and 1 month’s rent payable by the tenant.

2. Acceptance of the general conditions
