Located in a quiet and green environment, this «beldi chic» style villa is nestled in a park of olive and palm trees. From the villa’s entrance, one accesses the living room – dining room open to a covered terrace and the garden. Not far away, the kitchen and vestibule complete the day area. In addition, the ground floor consists of four bedrooms distributed around a large space serving as a summer lounge. Each room offers beautiful volumes and has a dedicated bathroom and private terrace. One of the rooms is entirely designed for children with four bunk beds and two single beds. Upstairs, two large bedrooms with their own bathroom complete the night part. These two bedrooms each overlook a large terrace from which the view of the Atlas Mountains is majestic. A staircase leads to the roof terrace from the covered patio, which covers much of the ground floor. A few meters away, the pool area, surrounded by its large olive trees, is particularly bucolic. It is completed with a small adobe building, where one finds a cloakroom, shower and sanitary, and a dining-games area, sheltered.
