Villa ESS is ideally located on the outskirts of the prestigious Km 8 road in Ghazoua, close to the golf course and the airport; it is 10 minutes from Essaouira and 15 minutes from Sidi Kaouki. Renovated in 2024, the villa is designed in a “beldi chic” style.

Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own private bathroom/toilet and dressing room. Three of the bedrooms overlook the pool. The 4th bedroom, located upstairs, overlooks the rooftop terrace. All are furnished with king-size beds (180×200). The living areas comprise a lounge with fireplace, a dining area with open-plan kitchen, and a small TV lounge. The terrace is shaded from the sun by a huge 80 m² pergola, making it in fact the largest room in the house. It features a very large table seating 10-12 people, an outdoor lounge, a barbecue and a plancha grill. The pool is surrounded by 8 sun loungers and parasols; it can be heated for an additional fee. The garden, partly grassed, includes a pétanque court. The villa is rented with staff: a welcome and concierge service (the concierge speaks French, English and German), a housekeeper who can also act as a cook on request (French-speaking with great culinary talent), and a caretaker/poolman who can, for a gratuity, take care of grocery shopping and act as your driver using your own vehicle, upon request.
