 The villa is accessed by a path surrounded by olive trees. Boasting a riad style, rooms are distributed via a large central patio that can be opened or closed depending on the season. On the ground floor, one of the sides of the patio leads directly onto the covered terrace that opens onto the pool. From the other side, we reach the large living room, the dining room, the office, a bedroom, and the staircase leading to both the first floor and the basement. Enjoying beautiful volumes, the different rooms are bathed in vast amounts of sunlight. Upstairs, the central patio passageway leads to an outdoor terrace and five large bedrooms, including the master. In the basement, which also opens onto a small courtyard, several spaces allow to add at least one room and offer copious amounts of storage areas. The vegetation, composed of olive, palm, and other species of trees, frames the whole.
