Situated 30 minutes from the centre of Marrakech, on the road to Fès, this 1,800 m² villa is nestled in the heart of more than a hectare of mature parkland, with stunning south-facing views of the Atlas Mountains.

The entrance to the property is marked by a gate flanked by two towers that serve as accommodation for the caretakers. A driveway lined with palm trees, hundreds of rose bushes and other species leads to the entrance to the main house and guest residence. As soon as you cross the threshold of the villa, the reception rooms offer a warm welcome. Featuring a living room, dining room and a number of relaxation areas, the whole complex is open on several sides towards the park and the terraces. The terraces form a seamless extension to this living space. The villa’s light-filled upstairs and kitchens are also accessible. The ten suites are divided between the main villa and the guest villa. Each suite has its own bathroom, spacious dressing room and private terrace. 

At the end of the swimming pool, with its particularly pleasant overflow system, there is a building dedicated to wellness. This relaxation area includes a massage room and a hammam, providing the perfect place to recharge your batteries.
